It's summer, so you won't have a shot at polar bears in Churchill, Manitoba or B.C.'s slick, snow-tapped alps, but you should be on the road. Moving. Driving. Doing whatever you can to get even the slightest – and necessary – bit of R & R.
Of course, I don't say this to be naive. Work gets in the way. Budget gets in the way, especially when it costs more to fly to other parts of Canada than it does to Hong Kong.
