The Victoria International Wine Festival, for both amateur wine enthusiasts and professionals alike, returns Sept. 29 to 30 at the Victoria Conference Centre.

The festival offers seminars, tastings, international speakers and dinners, with more than 400 wines from 14 countries on display.
